We offer unconditional 30 day return for the full refund.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery or collection to initiate a return for a change of mind.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a full refund, items (tables and chairs) must be returned in "Like New" condition.

  • No visible marks, scratches, or structural damage.

  • Items should be clean and free of signs of heavy wear.

  • Original packaging is preferred but not required, provided the item is protected during transit.

How to Return

Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the item. You have two options:

  1. Courier/Freight: Ship the item back to our warehouse using your preferred provider.

  2. Drop-off: Save on shipping costs by dropping the item off directly at our North Shore, Auckland warehouse (appointment required).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your item to ensure it meets our condition standards, we will process your money back.

  • Refund Amount: Full refund of the purchase price.

  • Timeline: Funds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 working days of us receiving the item.
